We are beyond excited to announce that two of our projects have been selected as finalists for the 2024 Green Building Challenge through the Cleveland 2030 District organization.

Cleveland Public Library Hough Branch was the Water Conservation and Management winner due to its multi-faceted approach towards sustainability. Moody Engineering worked on include stormwater management that treats 100% of rainwater on-site with three bio-retention systems that also add to the aesthetics of the outdoor reading garden.

In the same category, Cleveland Public Library Rockport Campus won the Honorable Mention award. Similarly to the Hough Branch library, Moody Engineering designed a stormwater management system that detains all stormwater on-site, and incorporated the stormwater detention areas seamlessly into the outdoor space.
