David leads the professionals at Moody Engineering with over 12 years of project management experience and 6 years of consulting engineering experience. He brings design innovation, project management, budget management, and team leadership to our project team.  

His consulting experience include work for large corporations such as Intel, Blue Shield of California, Yahoo!, Autodesk, McKesson, and Virgin America and Caterpillar. In the consultant role he led multiple design and engineering teams from multiple disciplines in problem solving, processes, engineering solutions to issues in their companies that internal staff could not overcome.

Mark has more than 20 years civil engineering experience. He has been the project manager for many of our recent site development projects. His experience includes site design and grading, drainage and storm sewer design, waterline design, roadway design and utility relocation and design.

Offering over 50 years of experience in civil engineering, Leslie Thompson provides planning, detailed design and construction administration services as Project Manager at Moody Engineering. His professional experience includes serving as President of an engineering consulting firm for 12 years, where he initiated and directed the firm’s design activities for various public and private clients. His project experience includes site development, street geometrics, grading, storm drainage, water and waste water collection and conveyance systems, traffic signals, highway and airport design and wetland and stream mitigations and transmission line engineering.

Richard has more than 40 years of experience in civil engineering, transportation planning and design services. His engineering design experience includes alignment and geometric design, preliminary and final design, interchange and intersection design, drainage design, quantity calculation, cost estimating and analysis. Rich is also experienced in road construction inspection.

Anthony has over 25 years of experience in civil engineering and serves as a senior design engineer at Moody Engineering. His experience includes site planning, stormwater analysis, grading and stormwater management, sanitary sewer design, waterline design, earthwork calculations, roadway design, shop drawing review and approval, cost estimates as well as state and local permitting.

Mark has more than 40 years of experience in engineering design and plan preparation including civil, architectural, mechanical, structural, highways and bridges, as well as presentation graphics and technical illustrations. The majority of Mark’s experience focuses on engineering designs and the development of CADD-specific design standards.

Mr. Davis has been doing civil design for more than 15 years. His experience includes site planning and design, site grading, stormwater management, vehicular and pedestrian circulation, as well as the layout of utilities on public and private developmental projects.

Mr. Henley is a civil engineering designer with over 30 years of experience in civil engineering practices in Public Works, Land Development, Traffic, Transportation, Telecom and an extensive background in underground utilities along with the wisdom and the ability to create and design.

Pat has over 30 years of experience in civil engineering design with a focus on conveyance and grading for private and public clients. He also has extensive experience using GIS to prepare maps for planning, modeling, inspection reports and presentations.

Abe graduated from The Ohio State University in 2019 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and obtained professional licensing in 2024.  His design experience includes a variety of projects including schools, factories, campgrounds, commercial sites, subdivisions, waterlines, rest areas, and roadways.

Chiara graduated from Ohio State University in May 2019 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and has over four years of experience in civil engineering, transportation, cost estimation and design services. Her engineering design experience includes site design and grading, drainage and storm sewer design, waterline design, roadway design, right of way design, utility relocation and design.

Marcel graduated from The Ohio State University in May 2022 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Before working for Moody Engineering, he gained experience in highway construction and completed several highway projects in Oregon. Marcel is a registered Engineer Intern (EI) and is eager to pursue his PE license. He is excited to build his career as a Site/Civil EIT with Moody Engineering.

Ganesh is a recent graduate with a master's degree in civil engineering from Cleveland State University. He has expertise in luxury apartments' planning and management in India, as well as road renovation with additional sewer lines. Additionally, he has contributed to the environmental field with an international publication in IJIRT focusing on "Rootzone Technology". He is fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada, and is a licensed skydiver. His future ambitions revolve around working on advanced civil engineering projects, such as the Hyperloop and artificial islands.

Jacob graduated from the University of Guam in May 2022 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He has design and construction management experience from working on several storm sewers, waterlines, wastewater treatment plants, and landfill projects in Guam during his internship. Additionally, he has experience as a construction field engineer working closely with a project manager and superintendent.

Milad graduated from Cleveland State University in March 2023 with a B.E. in Civil Engineering. He has experience in stormwater management and groundwater hydrology and has a strong interest in roadway and bridge design. He is excited to learn and grow as an Engineer in Training at Moody Engineering.

Hamidou graduated from Ohio State University in December 2023 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and has gained experience in site development, utility coordination, water resources, construction estimating and transmission stations. Hamidou is eager to grow and develop as an Engineer-in-Training at Moody Engineering!

Taylor graduated from The University of Akron in December of 2021 with a B.S. in Construction Engineering & an A.B.A. Her most significant design project was right in her hometown of Canton, consisting of a double roundabout and the extension of the Stark Park trail through Colonial Heights. She is looking forward to pursuing her career & growing with Moody Engineering as a Construction Inspector/Construction Engineer.

Sara has several years of experience in community outreach and education, with expertise in environmental science in areas such as stormwater management, green infrastructure and GIS. She also has extensive international experience and is fluent in Spanish.

Brielle graduated from the University of Central Florida in May of 2018 with her B.S.B.A in Integrated Business. Her experience includes projects like, The Ohio State University Wexner Hospital and Facebook. She is currently pursuing her Certificated Public Accounting License and she is excited to continue her career at Moody Engineering as a Project Accountant.

Katie has 6 years of experience in Human Resources. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S in Animal Sciences in 2017. Currently, she is pursuing her M.S. in Human Resources management at Walden University.

Richard graduated from Ohio Dominican University in May 2021 with a B.S. in Public Relations & Marketing and a minor in Business. He has several years of experience in strategic communication, marketing, as well as digital media and design.
