Description
Moody Engineering provided overall site development services for the new Residences at Topiary Park. The general civil engineering scope included site demolition, erosion control, site utilities, right-of-way plans, grading and stormwater management. Additionally, Moody Engineering also prepared construction and permitting documents, including a storm drainage report, an Ohio EPA Notice of Intent, SWPPP, and a water and sanitary service plan.

The development encompasses five-story Victorian-style buildings, parking and the City of Columbus Topiary Park.
