Moody Engineering provided civil engineering services for this project including site plan development and environmental rehabilitation, grading, demolition, 300+ parking site, sanitary, water and storm plans for the 55-acre correctional facility, including stormwater retention pond, site hardscapes and off-site warehouse facility. The project also included renovation of the 100-year old Ohio Reformatory.
