Description
Moody Engineering, provided site design for this new 104-unit apartment community. Located in Columbus’ Near East Side neighborhood, the mid-rise facility consists of one-bedroom units (including 48 fully ADA accessible units) for seniors aged 62 or older.

Moody Engineering provided overall site development and permitting as well as City of Columbus Drawer-E, sanitary, stormwater and water services plans. The site improvements required City of Columbus zoning, Downtown Area Commission (General Project Approval) permits and filing an Notice of Intent (NOI), Permit to Install (PTI), Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP).

The housing facility provides support services to all residents, including on-site primary healthcare and located in the vicinity of a Community Center, Church, Recreation Center and near the The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center East Hospital, creating a wellness campus for its residents and providing an innovative approach to senior health and well-being.
