Jeff graduated from Western Michigan University in May 2017 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Prior to joining Moody Engineering, he spent the majority of his career with the United States Army Corps of Engineers. During that time, he served as an on-site Project Engineer overseeing a variety of construction projects. He also gained experience as a Cost Engineer, where he applied his technical expertise and deep understanding of construction processes to develop accurate project cost estimates, as well as to negotiate contracts and change orders on behalf of the government.
