The Dayton-Wright Brothers Airport is the new home of The Connor Group hangar, which provides convenient access to the corporate aircraft fleet. The hangar was designed to hold a three car garage, six airplanes, an INDY CAR and a Mastercraft M23 Boat. Additionally, the building has offices, storage spaces, and a lounge/waiting area.
The civil engineering scope for this project included parking lot and sidewalk design, a visitor drive, aircraft apron, and utility design. Moody Engineering also provided stormwater analysis, alongside appropriate plans for stormwater management including a drainage basin and storm sewers.
